The Lariday Happiness Guarantee
We’ve spent over two years perfecting the taste and texture of our plant-based protein gummies. We want you to love Lariday as much as we do. If you try Lariday for the first time and don’t love it, we will offer a one-time refund on your order—no need to ship the product back to us.
Note: Our "Happiness Guarantee" is limited to one refund per household/account to ensure we can continue to provide this service to all our new customers.
Damages & Shipping Issues
While our pectin-based formula is more heat-stable than traditional gelatin, we know things happen during transit.

Melted or Damaged Goods: If your gummies arrive melted or the packaging is compromised, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.

How to Claim: To process a replacement, please email a photo of the damaged product and your order number to support@lariday.com within 30 days of delivery.
Refund Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your Lariday order to initiate a refund or replacement claim. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Returns & Safety
Because Lariday is a food product, we cannot accept physical returns of opened or unopened bags for health and safety reasons. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to our team at the email below instead of attempting to mail the product back to us.
How to Start a Claim
Simply contact us at support@lariday.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Our team will review your claim and get back to you within 2-3 business days.
